Our Story

Founded in 1975 by John Vecchi and Samuel Gruber, JV Manufacturing is now a third-generation family business led by Ryan and Melissa Vecchi. Initially producing "the better carbide die," JV has grown from a small operation to a dual-facility enterprise spanning over 120,000 square feet. Specializing in engineering, component manufacturing, and production, JV has built a strong reputation for problem-solving excellence and delivering innovative solutions. We've built lasting partnerships by serving many customers for more than four decades. Our success is rooted in the dedication of our employees throughout the company's history.

Our commitment to doing things right the first time has enabled us to attract and retain the best engineers and production professionals. These individuals use their talents daily to develop customized solutions that we deliver on-spec, on-time and on-budget to customers worldwide in the Aerospace, Appliance, Automotive, Consumer Products, Cosmetics, Green Products, Medical and Nuclear Power industries.

Our Family

Our family extends beyond just the Vecchi name. A thriving community is key to long-term success. As a proud manufacturer, we actively give back through programs that support environmental sustainability, education, and our local heroes. We participate in Adopt-a-Highway, turkey donations at Thanksgiving, provide our employees free CPR and first aid training, and support local first responders. These initiatives reflect our commitment to strengthening the community and fostering a better future for all.

School Programs

We are dedicated to supporting local high schools and technical schools by partnering with The Challenge Program to help students build skills that prepare them for high school success and future careers. We also participate in the annual "What's So Cool About Manufacturing?" program to change perceptions of jobs in manufacturing, sponsor local high schools and robotics teams, and host our annual Manufacturing Day event in October. These efforts aim to inspire and educate the next generation of workers and innovators.
